ORDERS

​

All orders must be paid for in advance. We will send you a confirmation upon the receipt of your payment. 

 

SHIPPING

​

We will contact you when your order is ready to ship and will provide a tracking number for your reference.  All domestic orders are shipped via our selected ground service at no additional cost.  If desired, during the checkout process, customers may choose other domestic shipping services at an additional cost. We can not ship to P.O. Box addresses.  For international orders, carrier shipping rates will apply. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and any taxes that may be levied by local authorities.  Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of all of our jewelry and completely stand by our products.  We accept return and exchange requests of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.  All sales are final after the 7th day of receipt of item(s).  We can not accept return or exchange requests for custom orders or any items that have been sized, engraved or altered in any way.  For any ring return above a size 8, a 20% restocking fee will apply.  Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange on any item after the initial 7 day period.

All return items must be in original condition and include original packaging.  Prior to returning an item, please contact us to receive a return authorization number and a return address.  Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.  Items may be sent back if these requirements are not met.

Refunds will be issued, excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs, in the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned item(s).

Customers are solely responsible for return shipping, handling and insurance costs.  Customers should provide a shipping service tracking number for any return(s).  We are unable to guarantee the receipt of any returned items without a shipping service tracking number.
