TERMS & CONDITIONS
All orders must be paid for in advance. We will send you a confirmation upon the receipt of your payment.
In-stock items will be shipped within three business days of confirmation of purchase. Out-of-stock production items will typically be shipped within four to six weeks of purchase. Custom orders will typically be shipped within four to six weeks after the design is finalized and accepted.
We will contact you when your order is ready to ship and will provide a tracking number for your reference. All domestic orders are shipped via our selected ground service at no additional cost. If desired, during the checkout process, customers may choose other domestic shipping services at an additional cost. For international orders, carrier shipping rates will apply. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and any taxes that may be levied by local authorities.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of all of our jewelry and completely stand by our products. We accept return and exchange requests of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. All return items must be in original condition and include original packaging. Prior to returning an item, please contact us to receive a return authorization number and a return address. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
We can not accept return or exchange requests on custom orders or any items that have been sized, engraved or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange on any item after the initial seven day period. Refunds will be issued, excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs, upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s). Items may be sent back if these requirements are not met.
Customers are solely responsible for return shipping, handling and insurance costs. We are unable to guarantee the receipt of any returned items without a shipping service tracking number.
